Small Dog/Puppy Collar

A 3 inch collar that can be used as a rip collar for small dogs or a perfect puppy collar. Base of collar is made of 3 layers of 1000 denier Cordura nylon with a two inch poly-webbing overlay. Comes standard with a nickel plated two inch buckle, keeper, d-ring and Velcro closure. Fits neck sizes from 12-16 inches.
